We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager•Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a strong background in healthcare to lead and manage cross-functional integration and acquisition initiatives. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage M&A projects from initiation through completion, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-merger integration for healthcare acquisitions. Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, legal, HR, IT, operations, compliance) to ensure successful execution of M&A initiatives. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each phase of the acquisition process. Drive due diligence processes , assessing financial, operational, and clinical aspects of target organizations, identifying risks and synergies. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all transactions comply with federal and state healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute). Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integration success, operational efficiency, and financial impact. Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (investment bankers, consultants, legal counsel). Prepare executive-level presentations and updates for the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications:
