New York, Charlotte, DenverWork within and lead teams engaged in abroad range of M&A and business development initiatives. Inaddition to acquiring operating plants, the company buys late-stagedevelopment assets nearing construction, recontracts older assets,restructures, and invests in upgrades/expansions.

THERESPONSIBILITIES

Support or lead M&A and business development initiatives,as well as related corporate goals Acquire generating assets that satisfy company and fundinvestment criteria Negotiate and execute transactions, lead due diligenceinitiatives Prepare and present detailed investment recommendations to thesenior leadership team as well as the investment committee and theBoard Mentor, guide and develop in-house M&A and businessdevelopment staff Maintain strong relationships with counterparties, partners,EPCs, bankers, suppliers and other service providers Stay current on the key market trends and regulations which mayimpact investment decisions Engage with relevant industry, professional and governmentalorganizations Participate in and contribute to the corporate planning processincluding development of strategic plans Six years’ experience in power M&A or business developmentincluding early career assignments in detailed financialmodeling Recent experience in transaction negotiation, due diligence,and legal document functions Experience with renewables, storage or natural gastransactions Experience on teams that have successfully closed generationtransactions Experience working for IPPs, developers, private equity orinfrastructure investors (or their platform companies), investmentbanks or advisory firms Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced multi-tasking capabilities, organizational skills,flexibility and attention to detail Exceptional work ethic with team first mentality

THE PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
