Job Description
As a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell’s growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions. You will be responsible for leading the M&A team, identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and overseeing post-merger integration activities. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business environments will be essential in achieving success in this role. You will report directly to our VP Total Rewards M&A, and you’ll work out of our one of our Honeywell core hubs (Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX) on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, the impact of a Director of M&A is multifaceted, encompassing strategic growth, financial performance, market expansion, efficiency, diversification, competitive positioning, talent acquisition, risk management, stakeholder relations, legal compliance, cultural integration, post-merger performance, capital allocation, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Their role is instrumental in shaping the organization’s future and ensuring it remains competitive and resilient in a dynamic business environment. YOU MUST HAVE
