Description Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A) is seeking a Managing Director with sector expertise and transaction experience in FIG – RIA/Wealth Management. The Managing Director is responsible for leading all phases of M&A transaction execution, as well as collaborating with industry-aligned Corporate Finance and Financial Sponsor Coverage partners to support existing clients and drive new business origination and prospecting efforts. The Managing Director plays an integral role in Citizens’ efforts to build a leading advisory position within RIA/Wealth Management and other responsibilities include strategic planning, developing and retaining junior bankers while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. This individual will partner with one of the most active financiers in the RIA/Wealth Management roll-up space to deliver innovative client solutions. Primary responsibilities include Handling all aspects of client interaction, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions and has primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and generating strategic advisory revenue. Working with relationship bankers, corporate finance industry sector bankers, PE coverage bankers and product specialists on transactions and business development. Working with clients/prospects on idea generation and transaction development complementary with corporate growth strategies. Prospecting and marketing to build an “inventory” of relationships with owner/operators and PE-backed companies. Actively participating in the development of junior bankers (hiring/onboarding, training and mentoring). Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials 12+ years’ experience originating and executing leading middle-market RIA/Wealth Management M&A transactions 12+ years’ experience originating and executing PE-backed transactions with an active knowledge of the relevant sponsor universe Deep knowledge and C-suite relationships within the RIA/Wealth Management sector. Strong understanding of corporate development principles. Ability to lead and manage internal teams and external clients. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Advanced degree preferred, but not required. Series 79 & 63 licenses. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per

Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
