The Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing our Rail client teams in the field. This position will focus on all Rail clients and teams and will lead execution for that particular group. This position will oversee and coordinate invoicing, job costing, client audits, documentation and be the point of contact. •Environmental and Rail experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; Use rail and environmental experience to train new hires; perform audits of existing projects to make sure they are adhering to the strict rules and procedures; schedule job costing and invoicing; discuss rail activities with our compliance department as well as 3rd party companies; be able to read and understand permits and regulations that outline rail requirements; Plan and coordinate rail projects with customers, including scheduling and staffing; Coordinate implementation of new contracts including, system set up for pricing, invoicing requirements, scheduling requirements and reviewing this information with all groups affected. Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met once new contract is implemented. Meet with customer to discuss and resolve invoicing, pick up, scheduling issues as single point of contact and work with local sales and operations groups to resolve. Provide management with update reports on each account and any issues that are outstanding Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business. What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in rail , environmental services Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of field staff, and managers; Strong customer management skills; Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required.
