You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies toexpand our portfolio and capture market opportunities inhigh-growth sectors. Your strong leadership skills, strategicthinking, and market insights will be essential in driving thesuccess of our business.

Ideal CandidateExperience:

Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management,offering management, or related roles, with significant experiencein portfolio management and leadership positions. Previous experience leading an offering management functionwith a focus on portfolio growth. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solvingskills, with a track record of driving business growth througheffective portfolio management. Strong ability to identify growth industries segments with highmarket potential. Experience with developing and executing strategies to expandportfolio’s alignment with growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launchnew offerings targeted at growth industries. Developed pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximizerevenue and market share. Monitored and tracked portfolio performance and madedata-driven decisions to optimize growth.

KeyResponsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy and Development:

Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’sproduct portfolio, encompassing both existing products and newofferings. Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitiveassessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfoliogaps. Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategicfit, market potential, and financial viability.

Product LifecycleManagement:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio,from concept development through to end-of-life decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R D, engineering,marketing, sales, operations) to define product roadmaps, featureenhancements, and product differentiation strategies. Monitor product performance metrics, including revenue growth,profitability, and market share, and make data-driven decisions tooptimize portfolio performance.

Stakeholder Management andCollaboration:

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and seniormanagement on portfolio strategy, performance, and marketdynamics. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to driveportfolio growth and profitability. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, externalpartners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunitiesand enhance product offerings.

Continuous Improvement andInnovation:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productquality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency withinthe portfolio. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements,and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for productinnovation and differentiation. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within theoffering management team, encouraging creativity, collaboration,and continuous learning.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 10 years of experience in offering management orrelated roles. Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and capturingmarket opportunities. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solvingabilities. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identifygrowth opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong VOC, OVOC, and customer co-creation experience andskills.
