To fulfill the mission, the VP will work collaboratively with his/her team to create and execute marketing plans to: Secure growth in the assigned business line and deliver on annual sales targets. Gain market share in existing and developing market segments. Provide best in class products and solutions propositions for our customers. Develop and implement an innovative product marketing strategy that delivers best in class features for customers. Position Chicago Pneumatic and American Pneumatic Tool service, parts, and refurbishment products to maximize market penetration, while maintaining strong profitability and differentiation of products from competitor products.

This position is responsible to:

Build, develop and lead a team of highly performing marketing professionals Take full responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet for the assigned business line. Prepare for and participate in business review meetings (BRMs) and company review meetings (CRMs). Provide leadership and develop a best-in-class service marketing team. Take senior management responsibility for the development and communication of marketing materials, price strategies, and sales support tools. Monitor competitor activity and adjust business strategies accordingly. Enhance E-Commerce and digital strategy. Enhance E-Commerce and digital strategy. Participate in trade shows and industry events. Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies. Monitor customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other Business Line Managers to assure “total solution” concepts for driving sales. Drive efficiency and digitalization of the sales process. Maintain appropriate business forecasts and secure product supply to support sales growth. Identify potential M&A targets, lead due diligence processes and actively support the integration. To succeed, you will need This position requires a 4-year, bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive experience in the construction, rental, and or related business This position required a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in direct sales, product management, and dealer/distributor management. Strong technical knowledge of the aftermarket product range is essential. Proven ability to build up new business segments – channels to market. This position provides direct and indirect supervision for approximately 6 employees, Customer Service, Tech Support, Technical Training and Regional Sales Manager. Extensive travel is required (up to 40%), domestic and international.

Skills:

English fluency in spoken and written form is required; French or Spanish fluency is a plus. Able to meet tight deadlines with a positive “can-do” attitude. Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivery service excellence. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively, closely, and constructively together with other business lines and geographic regions.
