We have a current opening for an Assistant Director, Partner Stewardship on our Marketing and Communications team. The Assistant Director of Partner Stewardship supports the management and growth of existing corporate partners and the creation of new partnerships. The Assistant Director of Partner Stewardship is responsible for relationship management, project management, and sponsorship fulfillment. Key Responsibilities and Activities 40% Partnership Management Develop and execute strategic plans and stewardship plans for an assigned portfolio of existing corporate partnerships. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Partnership Stewardship, provide support for top tier partnerships. Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure partner activations and campaigns are being supported and promoted through all applicable channels. 30% Partnership Development Support Proactively identify and report on industry trends to help inform the partnership development strategy. Lead the process for intaking, assigning and fulfilling research requests for prospective partners. 30% Data Integration and Tracking Support the integration and fulfillment of sponsorship assets into events to ensure compliance with agreements. Manage partner related internal and external reporting requirements including revenue, budget and media related tracking. Provide logistical support as needed for presentation materials for potential and existing corporate clients and programs. Support partner social impact measurement and reporting requirements with the support of the V Foundation grants and communications teams. Regularly and accurately utilize Salesforce/NPSP to track partnership management, activities and opportunities. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-year degree. Minimum of 3 years of prior sports marketing and/or business partnership/client relationship management experience. Prior data entry experience. Interest and experience in non-profit fundraising desirable. Work effectively with colleagues on site and in remote locations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Work independently with high standard of performance. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to learn customized software quickly. Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and other videoconference software platforms to conduct meetings.
