Full Job Description Integrations Lead Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Acquisitions Integrations Lead to manage the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired doctor practices into our growing healthcare organization. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to full operational alignment over a structured 3-month “graduation” period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, healthcare operations, and cross-functional coordination. Integrations Lead Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Integration Project Management Serve as the primary point of contact for integration activities from LOI signing to Day 1 post-acquisition through graduation (~3 months). Execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones tailored to each acquisition. Ensure project plans and tasking stays current with business processes and policies Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Clinical Operations, etc.) to ensure all aspects of integration are covered. Liaise with practice leadership and staff to align workflows, expectations, and cultural integration. Operational Alignment Ensure newly acquired practices adopt standardized systems, policies, procedures, and KPIs. Coordinate EMR transition, billing processes, compliance standards, and employee onboarding. Training and Support Oversee training for new staff on internal tools, systems, and operational protocols. Provide hands-on support and problem-solving during the critical early weeks of integration. Reporting and Communication Provide weekly updates to leadership on integration progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Conduct post-integration assessments to identify improvement opportunities and inform future acquisitions.
Integrations Lead Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, acquisitions, or project management. Prior experience with medical group integrations or practice management strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and EHR systems (e.g., ModMed, etc.). Strong leadership and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and process orientation Change management and adaptability Analytical thinking and problem-solving Empathy and cultural sensitivity when working with acquired staff
