We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Ecosystem and Business Development Lead to join our corporate and business development team. This hybrid role combines the strategic and relationship-building aspects of Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances with the operational and execution-focused responsibilities of Program Management. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both Strategic and Alliance Partners while driving the execution of partnership initiatives and programs. Your role will be critical in ensuring the success of partner relationships and ensuring that projects related to those partnerships are successfully executed across all stages.

Partner Development:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners and alliance partners, ensuring long-term business success.
Identify new business opportunities with partners and help them align their goals with company objectives to drive mutual growth.
Develop and execute partner enablement strategies to increase partner adoption and success.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries and resolve any partnership-related issues.
Facilitate contract negotiations and establish clear expectations for performance, deliverables, and timelines. With GM support depending on the size of partnership/opportunity
Program Management
Lead and manage the execution of partnership programs across multiple partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business goals.
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, product) to ensure seamless execution of partner-related initiatives.
Track program performance, measure key metrics, and implement continuous improvements to optimize outcomes.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Partner Performance & Reporting
Monitor partner performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide feedback and guidance to partners to ensure success.
Develop and present reports on partner performance, program progress, and overall impact on business objectives.
Work with partners to optimize processes and workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and effective use of resources.
Strategic Initiatives
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
Lead initiatives to enhance partner relationships and increase the value delivered by each partnership.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partner feedback is integrated into the company’s product roadmap and go-to-market efforts.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or program management within the software/technology industry.
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, and software partner ecosystems.
Proven experience in managing complex partner relationships and executing partnership programs successfully.
Excellent project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Experience in software integrations and cloud technologies
Knowledge of partner ecosystems such as ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances.
