Job Summary:
Medical Director – Leading Medical Spa
A well-established medical spa is seeking an On-Site Medical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee aesthetic services.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide medical supervision for all clinical and aesthetic services.
Review medical charts regularly to ensure compliance and high-quality patient care.
Offer medical support to clinicians and address any questions or concerns.
Sign off on orders for purchases requiring a medical license.
Follow up on adverse events or patient injuries, ensuring proper reporting to relevant agencies.
Be available for patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups as needed.
Perform aesthetic procedures within your scope of expertise.
Provide training and guidance to staff on aesthetic procedures and techniques.
Collaborate with the Director of Operations on staffing, policies, and procedures.
Support marketing efforts, including events and spa meetings.
Maintain the Policy & Procedure Manual related to medical services.
Ensure all certifications and medical compliance requirements are met.
Be reasonably available for consultation when not on-site.
Qualifications:
Active MD or APRN license (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
