Key Responsibilities:

Lead preparation and filing ofSEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) Manage corporate accounting andfinancial reporting functions Drive improvements in close andreporting processes Partner with tax on income tax accountingInterpret and apply new and existing

U.S. GAAP

standards Serve asprimary contact for internal and external audits Support investorrelations, treasury, and M&A due diligence Mentor and developaccounting team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA strongly preferred) 10 yearsof combined experience in public accounting and corporateaccounting within a global, publicly traded company Deep expertisein

U.S. GAAP, SEC
