As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients, and maintaining effective inventory control. This also includes case management. This is presenting cases to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and training development to enhance service offerings and drive business growth. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high service standards. Implement effective inventory management practices to ensure adequate stock levels of products and supplies. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote spa services and products effectively. Present cases to potential clients to purchase Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility to enhance the overall client experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services through various channels. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in inventory control and management practices. Experience with cash register operations and financial transactions. Sales skills to effectively promote services and products within the spa environment. Ability to develop training programs for staff to enhance service delivery. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience in wireless sales is beneficial but not required.
