Fingerpaint Market Access(FPMA) is seeking an experienced marketer to support thedevelopment and execution of innovative market access (MA)marketing and patient support services (PSS) initiatives for itspharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Objectives of This Role:

Thisrole offers the opportunity to participate in the shaping of MAmarketing strategies for leading pharmaceutical and healthcarebrands, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced agencyenvironment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid industryawareness and a passion for delivering impactful marketingsolutions in the complex MA landscape.

Responsibilities:

Supportthe development and execution of comprehensive market accessmarketing strategies for clients, focusing on all MA ecosystemstakeholders (e.g., payers, hospitals, integrated delivery networks(IDNs), office practice managers, HUBs, specialty pharmacies)Conduct access landscape assessments and PSS benchmarking studiesto inform strategic recommendations and tactics Collaborate withteam members and clients to support annual market access brandplanning Contribute directly to the creation of high-impactmarketing materials (e.g., payer value propositions, pre-approvalinformation exchange (PIE) decks, banner ads, brochures,flashcards, formulary kits, patient support collateral) Support themedical, legal, regulatory (MLR) submission (e.g., Veeva) andreview process for all collateral material as necessary Collaboratewith other colleagues and share key insights on project executionOccasionally support business development efforts by developinghigh-impact proposals

Job Requirements:

2 years of MA marketingexperience in either a pharmaceutical company or MAagency/consultancy, with a preference for a history of supportingnew product launches Good understanding of the US healthcaresystem, payer landscape, and market access dynamics Ability totranslate MA and clinical concepts into clear, compellingnarratives and messages Experience with market research, dataanalysis, and collateral development Strong work ethic and abilityto multitask across multiple projects and priorities Excellentcommunication, writing, and presentation skills Ability to traveloccasionally for client and internal interactions Bachelors degreein marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred Don’t meetevery single requirement?
