About The Role:

Hippois seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead the IR functionand strategy, cultivate strong relationships with investors,analysts, and stakeholders, and effectively communicate thecompany’s financial performance, strategic initiatives, and marketposition. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in financialmarkets, corporate finance, and communications.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain strong relationships with equity research analysts tofacilitate analyst coverage Manage investor targeting efforts toattract and retain high-quality institutional investors Respond toinvestor inquiries and provide timely, relevant, and accurateinformation Prepare and oversee the creation of earnings releases,investor presentations, financial reports, and other relatedmaterials Coordinate and manage quarterly earnings calls, investorconferences, and roadshows Monitor market trends, shareholdersentiment, competitor activities, and industry developments toprovide strategic insights to executive leadership Partner withLegal to ensure compliance with SEC regulations, stock exchangelisting requirements, and other relevant regulatory guidelines

MustHaves:

10 years of prior investor relations or equity researchexperience Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or BusinessInsurance industry background and experience Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexfinancial data into clear, compelling narratives Strongunderstanding of financial statements, valuation models, andcapital markets Ability to work well cross functionally with otherteams in the company, such as FP&A, Accounting, Legal, etc.

Ability to influence and provide recommendations to the executiveleadership team and Board of Directors Ability to work in afast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships withinvestors, analysts, and internal stakeholders is required(preferred) Possess a strong network of investment communityrelationships, including investors, analysts, rating agencies, andfinancial media Willingness to travel, when necessary
