Portfolio Manager – Condo/Coop Position Available In New York, New York

Your new company Our client is one of the longest-standing full-service Condo/Coop management firms in NYC. Your new role This is an exclusive opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to support the operations of 6-8 condo/coop assets in NYC. The Property Manager will be supported by a full onsite team including Assistant Property Managers, Administrative Personnel, and a full maintenance team. This position is hybrid with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Summer Fridays are also in full effect with 1:00 finish every week!
