WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a strategic and driven leader to elevate VERO MODA’s presence and performance across the American market. At BESTSELLER, we are intentional about leadership andmitted to growing and empowering our leaders every step of the way. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and empower a high-performing team of leaders
- Build and execute strategic plans that align withpany mission and long-term vision
- Drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets
- Oversee budgeting, resource management, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable success
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities aligned with BESTSELLER’s strategic goals
- Plan, oversee and operationalize achievements of Bestseller’s mission through selected opportunities
- Align sales activities to maximize opportunity and minimize financial risk
- Lead negotiations with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders
- Act as the American voice in Denmark for optimal cooperation benefiting the brand and the country.
- Evaluate each new project to ensure learnings are integrated for continuous improvement
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, ideally in a fashion/wholesale environment
- Strong Leadership Skills in line withpany vision of growing the next level of leaders
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building, negotiating skills andanizational skills
- Proactive, Creative, outside-the-box thinker, skilled problem-solver and “go-getter” attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer sensitive environment
- General kledge of the American fashion market
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Ability to travel (valid drivers license and passport)
