Overview The assistant manager will work directly with guests, providing courteous friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety rules. He/she will also help train other team members and will act as the first line supervisor. When you join the team, you join the FUN!

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience managing in a retail/restaurant/entertainment venue Leadership experience managing young part-time staff Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality – customer facing skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills are a must Willing to grow in a high-growth organization Experience with employee scheduling and cash handling First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Maintaining Sky Zone policies and procedures in all aspects of the business Performing the functions of team members when necessary Ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility Enforce / ensure ALL safety rules Other management duties as assigned Ability to perform facility inspections and maintenance as directed Ability to do manual work Ability to enforce rules and regulations Physical agility and strength required Ability to coach and train staff Ability to handle and resolve problems in a positive manner
