Who You Are Weare seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Strategy andDevelopment Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing ourstrategic growth initiatives. This person will be a strongindividual contributor and will report to the Chief of Staff to theCo-Founder. In this role, you will act as the connective tissueacross internal teams, driving alignment and enabling seamlessexecution of M&A activities and special cross-functionalprojects. You will be responsible for joining external partner oracquisition-related meetings, absorbing business context,translating findings into internal language, and ensuringstructured handoffs to functional leaders across People, Product,Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Business Operations. This role isideal for someone who thrives on learning quickly, navigatingambiguity, and driving execution in a distributed, globalorganization. What Youll Be Doing Business Development andIntegration Participate in early discovery calls and due diligencefor potential acquisitions, partnerships, or integrations. Act as abusiness translator—capturing nuanced insights from partnerdiscussions and translating them into clear, actionable plans forinternal teams. Develop playbooks and project plans to drive smoothonboarding of acquired companies or partners, ensuring readinessacross functions. Identify potential risks or cultural mismatchesearly and surface them to the appropriate leaders for mitigation.
Program & Project Management Drive cross-functional initiativesfrom ideation through execution. Collaborate with internal teams tomaximize opportunities for growth. Build and maintain structuredframeworks for tracking progress, resolving blockers, and drivingaccountability across multiple workstreams. Partner with internalteams to ensure post-integration success, supporting execution ofshared goals and addressing cross-functional dependencies.
Communication & Change Management Collaborate closely withleadership to drive clear, consistent messaging and alignmentacross teams involved in transformation efforts. Createdocumentation, executive summaries, and dashboards to providevisibility on initiatives. Help evolve internal processes,structures, and rituals that enable better alignment during phasesof rapid growth or change. What Youll Bring 3-5 years of experiencein strategy consulting, business transformation, corporatedevelopment, or related fields. Proven track record of managinghigh-impact, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication and synthesis skills — able to translatebusiness needs into clear, actionable insights. Confident injoining and leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels,both internally and externally. Passionate about continuouslearning, process improvement, and creating clarity from complexityand ambiguity. Comfortable operating in a remote-first, globalenvironment with distributed stakeholders. Curious and innovativein applying AI tools to streamline workflows, extract insights, andsupport faster, smarter decision-making.
