How youwill make an impact:

As a Director on Iterable’s Business Insightsteam, you will play a key role in enabling a wide array ofinitiatives across the organization. You will lead a team of DataAnalysts and Data Engineers to develop and execute data-drivenstrategies for a variety of departments (sales, marketing, finance,people, product, engineering, business development, etc.). • Partner with executiveleadership to drive strategy through data, helping Iterable makesmart, informed decisions across all departments.
• Aligncross-functional stakeholders around consistent KPIs, metrics, andbusiness reporting to fuel strategic initiatives and operationalexecution.
• Establish and refine business processes, datagovernance, and operational cadences to improve speed, agility, andaccuracy.
• Lead the development of the data warehouse andcontinuously evaluate effectiveness in meeting the organization’sbusiness intelligence outcomes and adjust design, architecture,approach, etc. as necessary.
• Take a leadership role in designingand producing analytics and business intelligence solutions such asreports, dashboards, and apps as needed.
• Proactively surfacecompetency gaps and/ needs across organization and teams anddeveloping plans to address gaps/needs.
• Develop processes,controls and monitoring to ensure documentation of data processes,controls, assets, etc.
• Effectively communicate and demonstratethe strategic goals and tactical benefits of applied data.
• Designand implement scalable tools and frameworks to monitor businesshealth, identify opportunities, and drive efficiencies.
• Drivelong-term success of Iterable’s investments in the BusinessInsights team by developing programs to scale data literacy andinsights adoption company-wide. We are looking for people who have:
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams acrossmultiple business functions.
• Understanding of Business Insightstool infrastructure
• Deep understanding of technology company GTM,Product, and People data with a passion for making data useful,trustworthy, and actionable.
• Sigma, Hightouch, and Snowflake,development experience
• Ability to foresee the needs of departmentand company level data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment and anticipate business needs before they arise.
• Agrowth mindset and the ability to lead through change with humilityand clarity.

Bonus points:

• Expert knowledge of SaaS company keymetrics across departments; common uses and limitations.
• Experience implementing Sigma, dbt and Snowflake.
• Proven trackrecord of building or scaling a BI function.
• Expertise in datamodeling, data pipelines, and process automation.
• Background inanalytics strategy and insights communication to senior leadership.

• Complete laptop workstationThe US base salary range for this position at the start ofemployment is $177,500 – $240,000.

Within this range, individualpay is determined by specific US work location, as well asadditional factors, including job-related skills, experience,relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (whereapplicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical,dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such asgenerous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development,among others.
