We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, GlobalPartners to lead and manage our strategic partnerships withhardware OEMs worldwide. This senior role will be responsible foroverseeing a global team, developing and executing tailoredgo-to-market strategies, and fostering executive-levelrelationships with key OEM partners. The successful candidate willcollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales,marketing, and product teams to align efforts, maximize value fromOEM partnerships, and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship Management Build and sustain high-impactrelationships with C-level executives and decision-makers withinOEM partners globally. Serve as the primary liaison between thecompany and its OEM partners, ensuring alignment of mutual goals.

Drive strategic discussions to enhance partnership value and fosterco-innovation opportunities. Leadership and Team Management Leadand manage a global team responsible for OEM support andpartnership success. Ensure alignment between global corporateobjectives and local OEM resources and activities. Develop andmentor team members to achieve operational excellence and maintaina high-performing culture. Go-to-Market Strategy Development Defineand implement go-to-market strategies for each OEM partner,tailored to specific regional and global needs. Collaborate withdirect sales leaders to integrate OEM relationships into broadersales initiatives. Identify and prioritize opportunities toleverage OEM relationships for revenue growth and market expansion.

Enablement Strategy Execution Create and implement enablementprograms that empower OEM partners to effectively promote and sellthe company’s software solutions. Ensure OEM teams have access tothe necessary tools, training, and resources to drive success.

Marketing Collaboration Partner with marketing teams to designjoint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and strategic events withOEM partners. Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility andmarket penetration through OEM channels. Product Strategy AlignmentWork with product management teams to align product developmentwith OEM market needs and priorities. Advocate for OEM feedback andinsights to inform product roadmaps and innovation. Exploreopportunities for co-development of differentiated solutions withOEM partners. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Define and trackKPIs to measure the health and performance of OEM partnerships.

Provide regular updates to executive leadership on relationshipprogress, business outcomes, and areas for optimization.

Requirements Experience:

15 years of experience in strategicrelationship management or leadership roles, preferably within thesoftware or hardware OEM ecosystem. Proven track record of managingcomplex global partnerships and delivering measurable businessresults.

Skills and Expertise:

Deep understanding of the hardwareOEM landscape and its intersection with software solutions. Strongstrategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to develop andexecute go-to-market plans. Exceptional communication andnegotiation skills, with experience building trusted executiverelationships. Expertise in leading global teams and working acrosscultural and regional boundaries.

Education:

Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
