Role:

Ocean State School of Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and passionate Men’s Competitive Program Director to lead and grow our boys’ competitive gymnastics program (USAG Levels 4-10). You will oversee athlete development, coach mentorship, program planning, and competition logistics—ensuring alignment with OSSG values and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual training plans and goals for all levels Coach optional-level athletes and support compulsory levels as needed Recruit, train, and manage coaching staff Coordinate meets, travel, and athlete evaluations Maintain records and communicate with parents Drive program growth and promote a positive, team-centered culture Implement the Powerful Words character development program

Qualifications:

USAG Professional Member in good standing CPR/First Aid certified 5+ years of competitive boys’ coaching experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing staff or programs preferred
