???? General Manager | Luxury Private Club (Pre-Opening) | South Carolina ???? We’re thrilled to partner with a world-class luxury hospitality development group in their search for a General Manager to lead the launch and operations of an extraordinary new private club opening in South Carolina in 2026. This is not your typical club GM role. We’re looking for a visionary leader with serious polish, deep private club credentials, and ideally a background in Forbes 5-star hotels or luxury resort brands. You’re someone who can lead with grace and precision—from collaborating with designers and architects to shaping service standards and cultivating member culture. About the
Role:
You’ll be at the helm from day one—this is a pre-opening leadership position. You’ll guide everything from concept development to the first member’s welcome cocktail.
Your mission:
create and run a truly world-class hospitality experience rooted in authenticity, innovation, and excellence. You’ll partner directly with ownership and play an instrumental role in shaping not only the operations—but the soul—of the club.
What We’re Looking For:
- Polished, strategic leadership in high-end private clubs (minimum 5-7 years).
- Deep operational experience across F&B, team development, member services, and experiential programming.
- Pre-opening or new concept experience—ideally with a hands-on role in launch, systems, training, and team development.
- The ability to see the big picture while mastering the fine details.
- A genuine passion for curating unforgettable member experiences.
