This role involves managing staff, optimizing marina facilities, managing strategic development projects, and fostering partnerships to enhance revenue and customer experience.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Leads and collaborate with the marina management teams to ensure cost-effective operations and client satisfaction. Lead risk management initiatives, including insurance assessments, compliance checks, and emergency preparedness planning. Ensure the company follows established regulations. Leads and collaborates with the leadership team in the ongoing development and execution of plans for the optimized operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and staff. Enhance and improve the overall value of the portfolio by leveraging the operational efficiencies and sales and revenue systems of the marina management team. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for marina properties, ensuring that operations and growth are consistently aligned with the financial metrics and goals established at the portfolio and individual asset level. Oversee capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor selection, and project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Ensures the communication and connectivity processes between the on-the-ground teams and the executive leadership team are optimized to remain nimble, efficient, and cohesive. Recruit, train and supervise team. Performs other duties as required.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting Understanding of marina and real estate corporate finance Able to maintain clear timelines, follow through and complete tasks timely and completely while continuously evaluating priorities Experience with tying operating metrics to financial results Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset A strong interest in the outdoors and travel (boating and fishing experience is a plus).

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong quantitative analytical skills, strong financial acumen Understanding of marina and real estate corporate finance Able to maintain clear timelines, follow through and complete tasks timely and completely while continuously evaluating priorities Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively with limited supervision. Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse global company which crosses multiple cultures and personalities Strong leadership, interpersonal, management, organizational and communication skills. An ability to fit into a small team and highly demanding work environment. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution and rapport building skills Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluation situations and making decisions
