JobSummaryReporting to the VP, Enterprise Business Transformation, theIntegration Program Director serves in a dynamic role, combiningthe integration needs of Prisma Health, with our operationalleaders throughout the organization. This person will serve as alifecycle methodology expert for integration and standardization ofprocesses. They will lead continuous improvement related tointegration methodologies and best practices and oversee thoseimprovements across the enterprise. This team member is responsible for management and oversight ofpre-integration planning and integration support for any newservices, new strategic partnerships and system growth activities.

Focusing on bringing synergies and standardization in the system,this team member will drive initiatives forward by utilizingproject management skills. Responsible for facilitation andoversight of all related activities. The Program Director isresponsible for developing standard best practices for the system,educating on those best practices, implementing and monitoringadherence. This role is both strategic and tactical, with a majorconcentration on internal/partner communication, change management,engagement, and continuous opportunity identification forstandardization across all of the Prisma Health enterprise. Thereis strong partnership and collaboration with operational andclinical leaders across all areas of business. This individualsupports new program development to facilitate patient-centeredinnovation, integration, and optimization throughout theorganization. The success fo this role relies on strong andcollaborative relationships throughout Prisma Health. This teammember must think both strategically and tactically to design andimprove workflows, encouraging innovation and best practices at alltimes. He/she must constantly balance the needs of and impact onpractitioners, team members, patients, and other stakeholdersthroughout the organization with the limitations of software aswell as have the fortitude and insight to encourage vendors towardcontinuous improvement of the platforms used by Prisma Health.

Ultimately, this team member serves as an advisor throughout allareas of the organization, ensuring proper guidance is provided ina collaborative manner with team members at all levels in theorganization.

Be the difference. Management and oversight of pre-acquisition activities,operational playbook creation and use, planning and integrationsupport for all new partnerships and services. Leads systemness and synergy initiatives including projectmanagement, facilitation and process oversight. Develops joint venture KPI’s and assists in the businessdevelopment with new incoming partners, partnering closely with ourlegal team resources. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of executed businesscontracts as well as develops necessary reporting requirements andtools for executive leadership consumption. Participates in strategic and operational planning to designand implement, evaluate future programmatic needs. Demonstratesvisionary, innovative and creative thinking in organizationalplanning. Oversees all integration initiatives, reporting frequently tosenior leadership on overall project status, leads individualproject teams and works closely to onboard new partners in thisspace. Develops best practices and tools for new partnershipmanagement as well as develops and maintains associatedonboarding/integration playbooks Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/ManagementResponsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor,manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements Education – master’s degree in healthcare administration,business administration, or clinically relevant field required Experience – 5 years of progressive leadership experience inHealthcare. 3+ years experience in operational integrationactivities, preferred.
