- Consistently rated among the top-performing automotive ads in the country Who We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years experience as a Desk Manager or F&I Manager Expertise in special finance and subprime deal structuring Ability to lead TOs, motivate salespeople, and drive gross Proven ability to get approvals others can’t by knowing how to build a deal around the bank’s guidelines Excellent communication and customer service skills Hands-on leadership style with a passion for closing deals and developing teams Responsibilities Structure deals for maximum gross and bank approval Oversee the daily performance of the sales team Work directly with lenders to secure financing Monitor lead follow-up, appointment setting, and close ratios Train and coach sales staff on processes, objections, and compliance Jump into deals that need help and close them
