Promote a culture of guest forward hospitality by providing superior guest service and promoting an atmosphere that creates a collaborative environment, one that motivates and recognizes staff.
Manage & instruct the team on recipes and procedures to achieve the beverage quality and consistency standards under high volume scenarios
Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials, along with the skill of controlling costs
Understand and abide by all alcohol beverage laws, policies and regulations
Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
Create memorable experiences by exceeding guest expectations
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
Drive continuous improvement
