As the Investor Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for investors and other capital providers, and be responsible for communicating the company’s financial performance, strategy, and value proposition. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, and other stakeholders. Works under the general direction of Chief Financial Officer, Concord. Responsibilities What you’ll do: In partnership with the Board and the C-suite executive team, develop and execute a tailored investor relations strategy. Prepare and deliver presentations and other communication materials to the investor and financial community. Develop and maintain key relationships with the board members, investors, and other stakeholders. Work across the company to identify key business and strategic highlights to be shared with investors and external stakeholders. Manage investor relations inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information. Monitor and report on the company’s financial performance, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on investor sentiment and financial market trends. Prepare asset backed securitization bond investor update and new issuance presentations. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that may impact the company’s investor relations strategy. Qualifications What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters’ Degree in same preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research or a related field, preferably in the music or entertainment industries. Prior experience with strategy planning preferred, marketing/corporate communication experience a plus. Strong understanding of capital markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
