Job Summary and Qualifications The Leadership & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of leadership and organizational development strategies, initiatives and programs, to build leadership capability within the organization. What you will do in this role: Assess and identify leadership and organizational development needs and solutions for specific executive or people leadership roles or teams. Design, leverage or recommend leadership development programs; develop, leverage or recommend program curriculum, content, tools and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational business objectives Design, leverage or recommend team performance solutions including content, tools and processes to build team capabilities in alignment with the organizational business objectives. Influence and engage leaders and other key stakeholders to actively participate in program development, facilitation and the performance management cycle. Identify, evaluate and leverage various development and delivery methods to achieve team and service line objectives Research and recommend team best practices, instructional resources and technologies to support organizational effectiveness. Work collaboratively to identify and develop leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training. Monitor and regularly assess the quality and effectiveness of delivery and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent effective performance. Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people). Measure program/project effectiveness by reviewing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected performance objectives.
