Who You’ll Work With:
As a valuable member of the Equity Business Development team, you will support the Global Business Development Organization’s efforts to promote our investment services. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with professionals across our equity investment teams and global distribution teams. Your contributions will help shape the commercial success of the equity business as you assist in strategic messaging, competitive positioning, and business development for your assigned products.

Help craft value propositions that resonate with clients and prospects. Execution Focused Assist in the execution of initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards. Support project management efforts, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and help mitigate risks. Contribute to optimizing the commercialization process for success.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a talented and high-energy professional with: 1-3 years of experience in asset management, investment management, financial advisory, consulting, or investment banking. Embraces technology and artificial intelligence on a daily basis; familiarity with analytical and presentation software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A commitment to learning, innovative problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. A growth mindset, both personally and professionally.
