The Senior FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and leading enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes. This role partners closely with senior leadership across finance, merchandising, operations, and strategy.
Senior FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes for corporate and field operations.
Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance dashboards.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, cost initiatives, and strategic projects.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
Senior FP&A Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
