Key Responsibilities Training and Development:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees. Conduct workshops and training sessions on various aspects of store operations, customer service, and product knowledge. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve store performance and achieve business goals. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with store management to develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure that store operations align with company standards and policies. Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
