Responsibilities Overview:
Drive business development and growth of the clinical service line through strategic planning, market analysis, and the identification and execution of new service opportunities. Lead initiatives that expand market presence, enhance competitive positioning, and generate new revenue streams through service line expansion, strategic partnerships, innovation, and outreach. Establish and implement comprehensive market strategies, service offerings, and clinical programs aligned with organizational objectives. Spearhead programmatic growth through physician recruitment, service line alignment or acquisitions, and the launch of new clinical programs that respond to evolving patient and community needs. Build strong, collaborative relationships with physicians and physician leadership to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, clinical goals, and quality outcomes. Act as a strategic partner and liaison to medical staff, supporting their engagement in program development, care model design, and operational decision-making. Facilitate physician participation in governance, planning, and performance improvement initiatives. Evaluate, develop, and continuously improve clinical and business processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Identify emerging opportunities, analyze trends, and co-develop scalable solutions that enhance access, quality, and financial performance. Manage service line operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely delivery of care. Coordinate the use of human and financial resources to support strategic and operational goals. Facilitate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across all disciplines within the service line. Work closely with physicians to identify technology, equipment, and infrastructure needs that support service delivery, care innovation, and long-term development. Partner with physician leaders to implement evidence-based standards of care, integrated clinical practices, and new care models in a cost-effective and patient-centered manner. Support the development of physician-led clinical programs that advance service line excellence and patient outcomes. Promote the service line through strategic marketing and branding initiatives that highlight its unique capabilities and value to patients, referring providers, and payers. Work with internal departments and physician stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, including capital planning and resource allocation. Stay current on regulatory, reimbursement, and industry changes, leveraging insights to maintain compliance, competitiveness, and innovation. Establish and manage data infrastructure, registries, certifications, and benchmarking processes to support performance improvement, physician engagement, and service excellence. #Le@der
Requirements Education:
Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
