Farris is one of the fastest growing auto dealer groups and management companies in the Southeast U.S. If you are an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a track record of success, or an accomplished Finance professional looking for career advancement, it is time to shift your career into gear with Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge! Who are we looking for? Someone to partner with our Sales Manager to increase total department gross profit, volume, and shown appointments. This is not a finance position that sits in the office all day waiting for something to happen, you will be partnering with our sales manager to operate the sales department with a focus on the F&I side of the business. Someone with an energetic personality who loves collaborating with a team. Must be motivated, hungry, and coachable. Someone with previous experience as a sales manager, finance manager, or floor manager. Someone who can work with our lenders and office to get deals funded while keeping our dealership compliant with all rules and regulations. Someone who can assist in the training and development of our sales staff.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to sell! This is a position that will be responsible for selling both backend products and vehicles Experience providing customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Ability to convert cash deals to finance, and to cultivate relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer. Knowledge of and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Track record of collaborating with others to reach goals.
