Summary Market President who represents our top performing brand in the community and leads our team to success Key Responsibilities Include Represents company in given market through interaction with community leaders Inspires and motivates market to be successful in all aspects banking. Make leadership decisions that will further this success. Concurrently manages a market LOB or department Manages partnerships, revenue generation activities across product lines, and leads business development efforts in the market Engages appropriate product partners to capitalize on opportunities for current and prospective clients Drives asset quality standards within the market Recruits leading talent for all lines of business in market Coordinates communication and reporting activities between divisions, departments, and branch offices to ensure availability of data required for efficient daily operations All other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
