About the role:

The role of the Plant Manager/Custodial team is essential to the overall success of the school environment. These individuals are responsible for maintaining the physical school building and campus grounds to ensure they are safe, clean, and visually appealing for students, staff, and visitors. Their duties go beyond daily custodial tasks-they support the health and safety of everyone in the building by upholding sanitation standards, assisting with maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring that all areas of the school are welcoming and well-maintained. Their work creates a foundation for effective teaching and learning by promoting an environment that is orderly, secure, and conducive to student success.

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of operating hand tools, both manual and electric. Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and follow instructions, and understand multi-step written and/or oral instructions.
