Arosa:

Executes growth strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and satisfaction of clients Serves as a key leader in community activities to enhance the company’s presence, reputation, and further revenue growth Identifies and builds upon relationships with sources of referral partners to expand service market opportunities Provides mentorship to care managers, coaching & development to achieve service and growth goals Provides care management services to clients up to 50% of the time Supervisory Responsibilities Manages 1 to 4 subordinate team members. Is responsible for team members’ overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may fulfill this requirement. Management experience is not required but will be beneficial, with a proven ability to mentor and develop other teammates. Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients, care managers, and referral sources (physicians, attorneys, etc.). Ability to work in a team environment required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Valid state of residence driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required. Proficiency in using office technology and systems.
