Travel Required:

2-3 Days/Week, 2-3 Weeks/Month IVX Health is seeking a Vice President of Integration to lead the seamless, strategic integration of new acquisitions, partnerships, and technologies into our growing organization. This high-impact role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a pivotal part in scaling our national footprint while ensuring operational excellence and cultural alignment across all entities. This leader will serve as a core member of the deal team—responsible for integration planning, governance, and execution from due diligence through post-close stabilization. Candidates must bring strong cross-functional leadership experience, a bias toward action, and a proven ability to drive complex healthcare integrations across clinical, operational, and technical domains. What You’ll Do Integration Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end integration for all acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Develop tailored integration plans, governance structures, and cross-functional workstreams aligned to each deal’s strategic goals. Create a modular integration playbook for consistent execution across diverse deal types and sizes. Build and maintain a robust integration infrastructure focused on simplifying complexity and accelerating the transition to business as usual (BAU). Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison across functional leaders, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and integration execution. Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, Clinical, and other key teams to support people, process, and technology integration. Lead transparent and timely communication across the organization to ensure integration clarity and engagement. Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation Support M&A due diligence efforts by assessing operational, cultural, and clinical compatibility. Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early—and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate them effectively. Manage third-party diligence vendors and consultants as needed. Operational Excellence & Project Management Lead regular integration meetings with internal stakeholders and executive sponsors. Monitor integration KPIs and success metrics; report out on progress, challenges, and resolutions. Select and implement project management and integration tools to drive accountability and efficiency. Leadership and Special Projects Foster a high-performing, cross-functional integration team culture rooted in transparency, execution, and shared success. Represent the integration function in enterprise strategic planning, integration management office (IMO) sessions, and cross-departmental initiatives. Lead or support non-M&A enterprise projects as needed across operations and strategy. What We’re Looking For Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, strategy consulting, integration management, or private equity-backed healthcare services Proven success leading complex integrations across multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations Deep understanding of the full M&A lifecycle (due diligence, close, post-close) Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive results through cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, regulatory environments, and payer models Excellent project management, communication, and change leadership skills Track record of delivering measurable outcomes on time and on budget Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred Prior experience in an Integration Management Office (IMO) or in building integration playbooks/frameworks from scratch Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a bias toward action and simplicity Experience with cultural integration, change management, and employee transition programs Multi-site operations leadership experience strongly preferred Travel Requirements This role may be fully remote or based at our corporate headquarters in Brentwood, TN—with a strong preference for candidates local to or willing to work from the Brentwood office. This role will be expected travel 2-3 days per week, 2-3 weeks per month , particularly during periods of active acquisition or integration activity. Additional travel may be required based on deal volume, site transitions, or enterprise priorities. Travel includes visits to IVX Health markets, in-person leadership meetings, and industry conferences.
