What You’ll Be Doing
The Dispatcher will be responsible formunicating the customer’s needs and service histories to the field employees. They must dispatch all area technicians and maintain the database per thepany’s policies and procedures. The candidate must also ensure the efficiency of the field employees and provide the proper support andmunication to both internal and external customers.

Min CompensationUSD $18.00/Hr. Max CompensationUSD $24.00/Hr. Responsibilities
Keep dispatch boards (manual & electronic current at all times)
Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requests
Communicate the required information to the field and management perpany policy
Support field personnel and management on customer andpany requirements as well as making sure tasks and calls arepleted in an expeditious manner
Treat all customers and employees with respect
Data entry of service performance and information and updates to the customers
Schedule in an efficient manner and with RMS support
Proper purchasing and PO issuing as needed to support the market
Clear all new calls and history afterwards present to the RSM for scheduling approval
Verification on IVR, check-in/out for all customers with technicians
Ensuring all technicians get the parts required to perform service
Qualifications
Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problems
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
High level ofputer skills, proficient in Excel
Ability to focus on desired results
Ability to adapt to very fast-pace environment and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, both written and verbally
Works well in a team environment
Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
Previous Dispatcher experience, preferably in the service industry
Physical Requirements
Able to operate aputer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone andputer printer.
Able to sit at aputer for up to 8 hours
