Essential Job Duties:
- Maintaining the daily schedule for bothservice techs and installation teams
- Answering incoming callsBooking jobs for service department
- Communicating with customersdaily for follow ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and moreFast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment High typingand multitasking skills required
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service,dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
- Proactive & accountable Self-motivated,fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention todetail
- Excellent communication and customer service skillsespecially under pressure
- Familiarity with Service Titan and HVACdispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
- Team playerwho is a self-starter and able to learn independently
- Confidentin utilizing and learning new software programs
- Geographicalknowledge of service area or map reading skills
- High schooldiploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must enjoy helping andworking with others
