In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to deliver quality customer service over the phone. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure each customer gets the best experience possible!

Job Type:

Full-time Monday – Friday, 8AM-5

PM Pay:

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Position Qualifications and Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications Experience with ServiceTitan a plus Home Service Dispatching preferred Ability to multitask and manage your time Willingness to assist where needed, this will include but not limited to dispatching, administration and other supporting elements of the business Familiarity with fielding inbound calls and placing outbound calls when needed to new and existing customers Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
