Key Responsibilities:

Driver Coordination:

:::::: {dir=”auto”}Manage driver paperwork and ensure pre-trip inspections and tire sheets are completed accurately.:::::: {dir=”auto”}Assign drivers to appropriate routes and monitor performance.:::::: {dir=”auto”}

Reporting and Compliance:

:::::: {dir=”auto”}Prepare and review reports such as fuel tax, load sheets, KPIs, safety sheets, and monthly gallons reports.:::::: {dir=”auto”}Maintain truck and trailer files to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.:::::: {dir=”auto”}

Fuel Readings and Tracking:

:::::: {dir=”auto”}Gather and verify data from systems like Insite, Ecogreen, and Canary, as well as manual readings.:::::: {dir=”auto”}Identify and resolve issues at sites that are not reading correctly.:::::: {dir=”auto”}

Data Management:

:::::: {dir=”auto”}Verify and enter common carrier loads into KPI and PO trackers.:::::: {dir=”auto”}Build and update load sheets while determining the best terminals for efficient fuel dispatch.:::::: {dir=”auto”}Enter POs into tracking systems for all locations and branches.:::::: {dir=”auto”}

Weekend Dispatch:

:::::: {dir=”auto”}Provide support for weekend dispatch operations as needed.:::::: {dir=”auto”}

Qualifications:
