Here are Your Responsibilities as a Dispatcher at Mr. Electric As a Dispatcher, you are a key member of our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the daily operations of the electrical service team and ensuring efficient communication with internal personnel and customers. Here are the primary responsibilities for this position: Oversee daily dispatch process, assist Service Professionals with job scheduling and customer communication as needed. Communicate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives. Prioritize calls based on urgency and potential value. Monitor all scheduled Jobs to successfully and efficiently complete the job and collect payment. Work with Accounting to ensure they have what is needed from Service Professionals to complete invoicing and prepare payroll. Make sure Service Professionals’ time clocks are accurate daily. Communicate efficiently with internal personnel, customers, and local authorities for permit acquisition. Communicate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives and consult with Branch Managers for call rescheduling as needed. Here’s How We Measure Success Schedule Adherence

• Verify the accuracy of paperwork and documentation for technicians. . Compliance in Permit and Inspection Acquisition
• Evaluate the timeliness of permits from local municipalities and the impact on job scheduling and completion.
