    The Call Center Dispatcher is responsible for receiving, documenting, and dispatching service requests related to water and sewer services.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely communication between customers, field crews, and internal departments to maintain effective utility operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from residents, contractors, and city departments regarding water and sewer concerns such as leaks, outages, backups, and service disruptions.
  • Monitor ongoing jobs and communicate status updates to customers and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all communications and service requests.
  • Create and track service requests in the work order management system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and log maintenance.
