We are looking for someone that has 2+ years’ experience and willing to work Monday thru Friday and occasionally Saturdays. We have (1) Positions Available Duties & Responsibilities Overseeing the transportation process, “hands on” Ensuring that the routes is efficient. Making sure that loads are ready for delivery and are of good quality. Working out the human and material resources needed Monitoring the transportation processes and adjusting process as needed Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment Monitoring quality standards. Filling in when positions are vacant. Executing the company’s policies and goals Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. Supervising and motivating a team of drivers Monitoring worker performance Identifying training needs. Training new drivers Ability to act decisively. Capacity to grasp concepts easily Problem-solving capabilities Attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
