Customer Care Dispatcher Job Summary:

The Customer Care Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring efficient dispatching of calls, driver management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This position is accountable for ensuring timely and accurate execution of dispatching operations while addressing driver issues and maintaining service quality standards.

Essential Job Functions:
Plan and Execute Dispatch Operations:

Define, develop, and implement detailed plans to deliver optimal customer service through efficient driver management. Dispatch calls using appropriate software, selecting drivers based on time windows and operational needs. Monitor and adjust driver schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and service requirements.

Address and Resolve Issues:

Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company culture. Address driver issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.

Enhance Efficiency and Service Quality:

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to the management team. Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, actively monitoring for potential issues and taking corrective action.

Collaborate and Communicate Effectively:

Work cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and maintain high performance. Proactively communicate updates to drivers, customers, and internal teams through email, phone, RingCentral, and Teams.

Support Additional Projects:

Participate in and contribute to special projects or additional duties as assigned by management. Be available to work on-call hours as required by business needs.

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Exceptional oral, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to adjust driver schedules dynamically to meet deadlines and operational needs. Positive, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude.
