We have trucks and vans that delivery packages to customers. We have around 65+ employees in the day shift. The first route starts at 8:45 AM and the last driver returns to the station around 9 PM. Safety is our highest priority. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work as a Dispatcher for our company. Prove yourself and you will have a clear path to growth, greater responsibility and higher pay. This is an hourly full-time position. We deliver only 30-60 packages per route and because of that we barely have rescues, however as a dispatcher you are expected to go on the road using company van or box truck as needed. Requirements Proof of Identify and Authorization to Work in the United States Excellent Computer, Verbal, Written and Communication Skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a constant changing environment Friendly, Courteous and Positive Attitude Ability to lift 50+lbs Must be available to work on weekends as needed Must be able to drive a 26 ft box truck

Job Duties:

Oversee drivers and internal staff with day-to-day operations. Go on a delivery route as needed via company van or 16/26′ box truck. Assist Operations Managers with overall schedule of drivers and staff. Work with the leadership team to ensure operations are running smoothly. Ensure all employees follow all company rules and regulations. Assist with resolving delivery issues or provide solutions as needed. Take charge and coach employees and suspend/terminate as needed.
