The AC Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating HVAC service technicians to ensure timely and efficient customer service. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of HVAC operations to effectively manage service calls and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and skill set. Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and technician availability. Maintain customer database. Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions in the dispatch system. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years’ experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in ServiceTitan software. Working knowledge of HVAC industry.
