Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs andinstallation teams Answering incoming calls Booking jobs for servicedepartment Communicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrivalupdates, scheduling, and more Fast-paced environment with strongteamwork environment High typing and multitasking skillsrequired
Requirements & Qualifications:
1-3 years related experience and/or training in customerservice, dispatching or project management, or equivalentcombination of education and experience Proactive & accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and highlyorganized multi-tasker with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills especiallyunder pressure Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal(will train for right person) Team player who is a self-starter and able to learnindependently Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs Geographical knowledge of service area or map readingskills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must enjoy helping and working with others
