Key Responsibilities:

Use radio or dispatch systems to communicate with drivers throughout the day Troubleshoot route or schedule issues in real time Maintain up-to-date route tracking and driver assignments Work closely with internal departments to address scheduling changes Quickly troubleshoot scheduling or routing conflicts to minimize disruptions Coordinate closely with customer service and field operations to address last-minute changes Track driver activity, performance, and location in real-time using internal systems Document and maintain accurate dispatch logs and route records Proactively identify route improvements or operational inefficiencies Maintain a calm, solutions-focused mindset during high-pressure situations

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or related customer service roles Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills Clear and confident verbal and written communication Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt quickly Reliable personal transportation Comfortable using dispatching software and internal tracking systems (training provided) Dependable and punctual with a proactive attitude Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30/5:00
